Ayurveda
Ayurveda, harmony of body, mind and soul
Ayurveda, which evolved in India around 600 BC, stresses on
the prevention of body aliments in addition to curing them.
This unique branch of medicine is a complete natural healing
system that depends on the diagnosis of your body’s humors-
vata, pitta and kapha-to achieve the right balance.
Ayurveda believes in the treatment of not just the affected
part, but the individual as a whole, to eliminate all toxic
imbalances from the body and thus regain immunity and good
health.
Today, Kerala is perhaps the only state in India which
practices Ayrveda with absolute dedication. Kerala’s natural
wealth of herbs and medicinal plants and the cool monsoon
season (June to November) are best suited for Ayurveda’s
curative and restorative packages.
